We serve Baska Bakery Sourdough Stone baked Pizza's every Friday & Saturday evening from 5pm - 10pm. Baska Bakery is a member of Real Bread Ireland and specialises in producing naturally leavened sourdough bread & pizza bases, using only 3 main ingredients; flour, water and salt. All flour used is organic and they only choose the highest quality ingredients. Their 3 day pizza dough making process gives our pizza's enhanced digestibility and a unique, delicious flavour.
