How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Ireland takes 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch. Please note during busy periods delivery times may vary.

No, unfortunately we do not have the facilities at present.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Ireland including Northern Ireland.
What are your dispatch times?
We dispatch every Tuesday & Thursday each week. During busier periods we dispatch every Monday*, Wednesday & Friday (*excluding bank holidays).

How can I track my order online?
As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking number. We use Fastway as our carrier so your tracking number can be tracked by inputting the number to the Fastway website https://fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel/ . If you have any queries in relation to your orders whereabouts please contact Fastway directly once you have received your shipping confirmation via email from us.

I’ve changed my mind and want to return my item, what can I do
Unfortunately we do not refund any items that have been opened or the seal has been broken on. We also cannot exchange or refund any of our candy products due to health and safety. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly sent items where your statutory rights are unaffected. If the product is unopened and has not been tampered with you can email us at Ciarasemail@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
